Net10 plans are no longer on sale on Net10’s website. Net10 Wireless was one of the Tracfone prepaid brands, and it now belongs to Verizon. When we read its site on October 8, 2026, the plans page showed an activation form and no plans, and the home page was given over to a different Verizon brand, Simple Mobile.
What Net10’s site says now
Three things stood out.
A notice reads “Standby while we switch you to SIMPLE Mobile”, and links to Simple Mobile’s site.
The activation box gives no online option. It says “Please Call 1-877-836-2368”.
The sales copy is Simple Mobile’s. One line reads “purchase a SIMPLE Mobile SIM card and make the switch today!”
What the site does not give is a date. We found no written closing notice, no deadline and no statement that new sign-ups have stopped. That is why we describe Net10 as winding down and not as closed.
If you still have Net10 service
The tools for existing customers were still there: Add/Buy Airtime, Auto-Refill, refill, balance and transfer of service.
Net10 gives a hotline, 866-667-6437, “for migration assistance”, and says you can text MIGRATE to 611611.
It also warns owners of older phones. A phone that does not support VoLTE, which is calling over the 4G network, is on borrowed time: “This will eventually lead to total loss of service”. Ask the hotline whether your phone is affected.
Where to go from Net10
Net10 points you to Simple Mobile, which has the same owner. Its plans run from $25 to $60 a month.

Net10 data settings
Net10 does not publish APN values. It sends them to your phone after a lookup, and that tool was still working. The steps are on our Net10 APN settings page.
