Net10 APN settings still come from Net10 Wireless’s own lookup page, but Net10 itself is being wound down. Its website no longer lists any plans. A notice on the home page reads “Standby while we switch you to SIMPLE Mobile”, and the activation box says only “Please Call 1-877-836-2368”. Net10 and Simple Mobile are both owned by Verizon.
We read Net10’s site on October 8, 2026. It gives no closing date.
If you still have Net10 service
Your line keeps working until Net10 tells you otherwise. The site still offers existing customers Add/Buy Airtime, Auto-Refill and balance tools. It also gives a hotline, 866-667-6437, “for migration assistance”, and says you can text MIGRATE to 611611.
Net10 warns about one thing in particular. A phone that does not support VoLTE, which is calling over the 4G network, “will eventually” lose service completely. If your Net10 phone is old, ask the hotline whether it is affected.
How to get your Net10 APN settings
The APN, or access point name, tells your phone how to reach the data network. Net10 gives it per phone.
- Connect the phone to Wi-Fi.
- Open Net10’s APN page and enter your phone number, serial number, or the last 15 digits of your SIM card.
- Wait a few minutes. Net10 says it sends “an update which will automatically update its APN settings”.
- Turn Wi-Fi off and open a web page to check that mobile data works.
For iPhones the page adds: “If you have an iPhone and would like to use MMS, you may need to make further changes to your iPhone in order to update your MMS settings.”
Why we do not list values
Net10 sold SIMs on more than one network over the years, and its terms still speak of “the Carrier network” without naming one. In 2016 this site published different Net10 settings for AT&T SIMs and for T-Mobile SIMs. A list like that sends half its readers the wrong way, so we took it down. The lookup knows which SIM you have.
Where Net10 customers are being sent
To Simple Mobile. Net10’s home page is now mostly Simple Mobile’s pitch, including “purchase a SIMPLE Mobile SIM card and make the switch today”. You do not have to follow it. Your number can go to any carrier that will take it.
What Net10’s site says now, and its old prices, are on our Net10 page.
