- Go to Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN
- Now type the below parameters
- Name: Virgin Media Mobile Internet
- APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
- Proxy: Not set
- Port: Not set
- Username: User
- Password: Not set
- Server: Not set
- MMSC: http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002
- MMS Proxy: 193.30.166.002
- MMS Port: 8080
- MCC: Preset, do not change
- MNC: Preset, do not change
- Authentication type: PAP
- APN type: default,mms,supl
- APN Protocol: IPv4
Virgin Mobile APN Settings for iPhone
Follow the below steps to add a new virgin mobile apn in your iPhone
- Tap Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
- Tap Cellular Data Network or Mobile Data Network
- Now enter the below details:
- APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
- Username: user
- Password: Please leave blank
Visual Voice mail
It does not apply to Virgin SIM cards, so make no changes here.

- Username & Password: leave it blank

Similarly you can also add the same settings in your windows smartphones or even in your blackberry devices. They would also be asking for the above mentioned fields only. You can leave the other unknown fields as default or blank.
Now save the new apn settings and try to connect to internet. Make sure you have selected the have selected the new apn to use. Its also recommended to restart your phone before trying so that all your new settings are applied.
