Details About Features:

Video streaming: Sprint does not provide unlimited video streaming free of cost. It will count against your data. If you wish to stream any video then, set your app settings to the lowest quality video streaming. The reason for this selection is the fact that if  you stream video either from Hulu or YouTube or any other apps will use up 1 GB of data if viewed in standard definition (SD) and approximately 4.5 GB in high definition (HD). Few cell phone companies provide unlimited video streaming like Verizon. But it offers only via the Go90 app.
Unlimited 2G data: For instance, if your monthly data allotment is over but still you want to use the internet, then Sprint slows down your high-speed data to 2 G for unlimited usage. You will be able to use unlimited 2 G data till your next monthly data renews. T- Mobile also offers the same feature; however, other cell phone companies charges overages for above the limit data usage. Please note that 2 G data is very slow as compared to 4G LTE high-speed data. So, uploading any pictures or documents may take 15 to 20 minutes instead of 1 minute if done with high-speed data.
Music streaming: Music streaming over data will cost you a lot of data over Sprint as Sprint does not allow unlimited music streaming. Streaming one hour of music daily for a month can use as much as 2GB of data, depending on streaming quality and the app you use. The apps may be Pandora, Spotify or any other apps. So, you need to be extra cautious while music streaming over Sprint. T-Mobile allows unlimited music streaming.
Rollover data: Use all you allotted data in a month as Sprint plans do not roll over, so any unused data is lost at the end of the month. However, T-Mobile and AT&T both roll leftover data to the next month. The rollover data expires after 30 days with AT&T and after 12 months with T-Mobile.

Is Sprint Right For You?

If you are trying to save some money, the out of the four major carriers, Sprint is the most affordable option. A 6 GB plan will cost you $65 per month on Sprint but the same amount of web data will cost you $80 with Verizon. And Sprint’s Unlimited Freedom data plan is just $60 per month. The unlimited data plan of T-Mobile costs $95 and that of AT&T will cost you $100 (and limited to DirecTV and U-verse subscribers). Where Sprint provides good network coverage in metropolitan areas. In most areas, AT&T and Verizon have overall better networks. Sprint also lacks many of the features offered by T-Mobile. However, Sprint offers good cell phone plans.
