H2O Wireless plans start at $20 for one month, and drop to $16 a month if you pay for twelve months at once. H2O is a prepaid MVNO, a mobile virtual network operator. Its site carries the copyright of Locus Telecommunications, LLC.
H2O Wireless plans and prices
H2O names its monthly plans by their data. Each one comes in four terms, and the longer terms are paid in full at the start. The figures are the price per month, with the amount due up front in brackets.
| High-speed data | Hotspot | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 GB | 2 GB | $20 | $18 ($54) | $17 ($102) | $16 ($192) |
| Unlimited, slower after 30 GB | 5 GB | $30 | $27 ($81) | $25.50 ($153) | $24 ($288) |
| Unlimited, slower after 40 GB | 10 GB | $40 | $36 ($108) | $34 ($204) | $32 ($384) |
| Unlimited, slower after 60 GB | 15 GB | $50 | $45 ($135) | $42.50 ($255) | $40 ($480) |
| Unlimited, slower after 60 GB | 20 GB | $60 | $54 ($162) | $51 ($306) | $48 ($576) |
Prices are from H2O’s monthly plans page, read on October 8, 2026. H2O sums the terms up itself: “Choose a 3, 6, or 12-month plan and lock in a lower monthly rate on unlimited talk, text, and 5G data. Plans start at $16/mo.”
The plan cards do not say whether taxes are included, so assume they are extra.
The AutoPay discount
H2O takes 10% off a line on AutoPay. On the one-month plans that makes $20 into $18, $30 into $27, and so on up to $54 for the $60 plan.
H2O pay as you go
H2O still sells airtime that is not tied to a monthly plan. You buy an amount and it lasts a set number of days.
| Airtime | With AutoPay | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | $9 | 90 days |
| $30 | $27 | 90 days |
| $100 | $90 | 365 days |
These are from H2O’s pay as you go page. More plans of this kind are on our pay-as-you-go plans page.
Which network does H2O Wireless use?
H2O does not name one. Its plans page says “Nationwide 5G network”, and its about page says only that service is “on the nation’s largest and most reliable GSM network”.
Its own setup instructions point to AT&T. The Android settings H2O publishes use AT&T’s picture-message server and AT&T’s network code, and Wikipedia’s list of MVNOs puts H2O on AT&T. We file it under AT&T on that evidence. Ask H2O to confirm before you buy if the network matters to you.
Does H2O Wireless support eSIM?
Yes. H2O’s home page says “eSIM allows you to switch instantly” and links to an eSIM page. We did not read which phones it accepts.

The APN is RESELLER, in capitals. The full list, the SIM that needs a
