Price
Visible is cheaper for unlimited data, and its price is complete. Each plan is marked “Taxes & fees included”.
Cricket’s cheapest unlimited plan, Select Unlimited, is $35 a month with Auto Pay. It is for new lines only, and every line on the account has to be on it.
Hotspot and video
Visible’s $25 plan includes an unlimited hotspot, slowed to 5 Mbps, and streams video at up to 480p.
Cricket’s Select Unlimited has no hotspot. Smart Unlimited, at $45 with Auto Pay, has 15 GB of it and works in Mexico and Canada. Supreme Unlimited has 50 GB. Video on Select and Smart streams in standard definition.
Which one
Choose Visible if Verizon is the stronger network where you live and you want the lowest all-in price.
Choose Cricket if AT&T is stronger at your address, or if you need a real hotspot allowance or service in Mexico and Canada.
