Tello vs US Mobile is a comparison of the two cheapest starting prices on this site. Both sell a 2 GB plan for $10 a month and unlimited data for $25. What separates them is tax, the network and the small print on Tello’s price label.

Price
On the page the two match. In practice US Mobile’s $10 is the whole bill, because it states “Taxes & fees included”.
Tello’s label needs a second look. It describes each monthly price as “an introductory rate” that is “available for new customers only”, for the first month. The line for the price after that was empty when we read it. That may be a quirk of the label, but check what month two costs before you sign up.
Tello has one thing US Mobile lacks. You can build a plan from a data amount and a number of minutes, starting at $5.
What unlimited means
Tello spells it out: “The unlimited data plan offers 50 GB at full 5G speed with 10 GB of hotspot included. Data speed is reduced after 50 GB.”
US Mobile’s Unlimited Starter is listed with unlimited high-speed data, and Unlimited Premium with unlimited priority data.
Network
Tello does not name its carrier. Its Android instructions mention T-Mobile’s APN, which is the best clue its own site gives.
US Mobile lets you choose between three networks it calls Warp, Dark Star and Light Speed, and move between them. The first two moves are free.
Which one
Choose Tello if you want a very small custom plan, or 10 or 20 GB for $15 or $20.
Choose US Mobile if you want tax included, a choice of network, or a yearly plan.
