I can not contact them without a pin. they do not recognize my email account. the reason i’m trying to make contact is my phone is not receiving a signal (therefore does not work) due to them being on the other side of a 600 foot cliff. the back up is behind a mountain. “i’m in a catch 22.”

  4. I have been a Verizon customer for too many years. I have not had to contact Verizon for a long time, therefore I cannot recall my sign – in info. I have been trying to access my account to see if I can upgrade my phone since it is falling apart. I have been told to reset my password, several times, only to be told to create another new password, several times. I am very frustrated and unhappy. Established customers should not have to endure this BS! I am offering to spend money on a phone upgrade. I would think you would be anxious to speak with me…? I have been happy with service from Verizon, up to this point. But I am NOT opposed to switching phone companies if I can’t get any satisfaction.
